L’Hermitage

Cette toile est née d’une immersion dans le lagon de l’Hermitage, lors d’un séjour à La Réunion pour célébrer les 40 ans de ma cousine Alexandra. En snorkeling, j’ai été fascinée par la beauté fragile et vibrante de cet univers marin, ses formes mouvantes et ses couleurs changeantes. À travers cette œuvre, j’ai voulu retranscrire l’énergie poétique du lagon : un espace de vie à la fois apaisant et foisonnant, où chaque détail semble vibrer sous la lumière.

This painting was born from an immersion in the Hermitage lagoon, during a stay in Réunion Island to celebrate my cousin Alexandra’s 40th birthday. While snorkeling, I was fascinated by the fragile yet vibrant beauty of this marine world, its shifting forms and ever-changing colors.
Through this work, I wanted to convey the poetic energy of the lagoon: a living space both soothing and teeming with life, where every detail seems to shimmer in the light.
